This project is a representative case of urban renewal in New Taipei City. In high-density residential neighborhoods, through the diffrentiation of the vertical massing, the design not only reduse the massing pressure to the surrounding environment, but also providing a clear sense of the architecture and site, rich street level public space and roof gardens, and signiture skyline.
