江中健先生為 VAL 的創立人與設計總監。江先生畢業於美國哈佛大學建築暨都市設計碩士，並有豐富的國際建築設計經驗。江先生曾於美國紐約及舊金山 SKIDMORE, OWINGS & MERRILL (SOM)，參與多項美國與海外的設計專案, 也在知名英國建築公司Aedas的擔任了高級主任設計師。

江先生跨學科的建築及都市設計背景，使他擅長於多種不同尺度與功能的設計，關注於建築與週遭城市環境的連結，用設計來回應功能、文化、環境、歷史在基地的定位及限制，除滿足業主基本功能需求的同時，也以成熟內斂的建築設計創造價值。江先生在中國已有多個專案規劃、設計與執行，並統籌帶領建築團隊與國內外專業顧問行的專案經驗，其專案包含總部大樓、酒店、辦公園區、大型城市綜合體及高級住宅等。

代表性建成與在建作品：蘇州科技城喜達屋源宿酒店、福建正榮喜來登酒店、南京首建中心案、上海浦發銀行總部大樓、中國國新控股責任有限公司總部大樓、正榮集團上海虹橋綜合體與總部、台北鼎吉開發中山北路精品住宅(中山TED)、美國加州聖地亞哥高等法院、美國加州大學洛杉磯分校醫學院教學研究室、美國紐約賓州車站綜合開發專案等。

Frank Chiang is the Founder, Design and Project Director of VAL. He is a registered architect in United States. Mr. Chiang graduated from Harvard University with master of architecture and urban design. Prior to founding VAL, Mr. Chiang has previously worked at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP in New York and San Francisco, and Aedas Shanghai.

Mr. Chiang’s interdisciplinary background in both architecture and urban design enables him to explore architecture in various settings; his experience facailitates him with an integrative approach to design; Frank has been involved in many projects as a senior architectural designer, including commercial, office, residential, hotels, government buildings and institution projects etc.
