江中健先生為 VAL 的創始合夥人。江先生畢業於美國哈佛大學建築暨都市設計碩士，並有豐富的國際建築設計經驗。江先生曾就職於美國紐約及舊金山 Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM)，參與了多項美國與海外的設計專案, 也在知名英國建築設計公司Aedas擔任了高級主任設計師。

江先生跨學科的建築及都市設計背景，使他擅長於多種不同尺度與功能的設計，關注於建築與週遭城市環境的連結，用設計來回應功能、文化、環境、歷史在基地的定位及限制，除滿足業主基本功能需求的同時，也以成熟內斂的建築設計創造價值。江先生已有多個規劃、設計、執行並統籌帶領建築團隊與國內外專業顧問行的專案經驗，其建成經驗包含研發生產園區、總部、酒店、辦公、大型城市綜合體、高級住宅及公共建築等。

Frank Chiang is a Founding Partner of VAL. Mr. Chiang graduated from Harvard University with Master of Architecture and Urban Design. Prior to founding VAL, Mr. Chiang has previously worked at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) in New York and San Francisco, and Aedas in Shanghai.​ 

Frank Chiang's interdisciplinary background in both architecture and urban design enables him to explore architecture in various settings; his experience facailitates him with an integrative approach to design; Frank has been leading many projects as a design director, including R&D, industrial, headquarters, hotel, office, large scale mixed use, residential, government buildings and institution projects etc.
