在藥明康德蘇州國際新藥研發園區景觀設計中,場地佈局充分尊重邊界條件,將新建建築置於場地東側,形成以中央景觀廣場為核心的視覺與功能連結。行政主樓位於東南角,以角度回應不規則場地邊界,並引導動線向中央廣場匯聚,強化場地內外的視線與功能流動性。這一設計策略既優化了動線效率,又賦予建築與景觀之間明確而有序的關係。
廣場設計不僅承擔著空間轉譯的功能,更通過幾何傾斜的綠化與行人步道,提供了舒適的過渡場域,營造人性化與共享的場所感。同時,行政主樓與北側車間之間的騎樓設計,在確保功能性流線的基礎上實現了結構與空間的自然銜接。
In Wuxi AppTec Suzhou International New Medicine R&D Campus’ landscape design, the site layout fully respects the surrounding conditions, positioning the new building on the eastern side of the site to establish a visual and functional connection centered around a central landscaped plaza. The main administrative building is located in the southeast corner, oriented to respond to the irregular site boundaries while guiding circulation flows toward the central plaza. This strengthens the visual and functional fluidity between the site's interior and exterior. This design strategy not only optimizes circulation efficiency but also creates a clear and orderly relationship between the architecture and the landscape.
The plaza design not only serves the function of spatial translation but also offers a comfortable transitional space through geometrically inclined greenery and pedestrian walkways, creating a sense of humanity and shared place. At the same time, the colonnade design between the administrative building and the production facility on the north side achieves a seamless integration of structure and space while ensuring functional circulation.
