Nanjing Taiping South Financial Centre Urban Regeneration
該專案是近代中國城市更新的一個重要而有意義的範例。場地位於南京城中心太平南路中段，是保存最完好的歷史街區之一。保留歷史建築位於場地東南角，北入口毗鄰地鐵站，場地西側與北側被零售和住宅包圍，對整體規劃的日照帶來較高要求。
This project is a significant meanningful example of urban transformation project in modern China. The site is located in Nanjing downtown, middle of Taiping Street, which is one of the most important preserved historical street. There is a preserved historical building at the South-East corner, North entry is adjacent to subway station, and West/ North is surrounded by retail and residential, which give high constrained daylight requirement to the overall planning.
